The law firm at LaRocca, Hornik, Greenberg, Kittredge, Carlin & McPartland asked to withdraw from the case filed by Arlene "A.J." Delgado told Parker in a filing Monday that she objected to LaRocca, Hornik's motion to withdraw from the case. Defendants include Donald J. Trump For President, Inc., former Trump White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, former White House advisor Steve Bannon and former White House press secretary Sean Spicer. Delgado noted that on April 24, Parker had granted her request that Trump's campaign "must produce any complaints of: gender discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and sexual harassment, through the 2020-election cycle." CNBC has requested comment from one of LaRocca, Hornik's lawyers, and from a spokesman for Trump's current campaign for president.

Trump’s campaign and businesses from employment lawsuits has abruptly asked to withdraw from a yearslong case over what it calls an “irreparable breakdown in the attorney-client relationship.”The firm — LaRocca, Hornik, Greenberg, Rosen, Kittridge, Carlin and McPartland — has represented Mr. Trump’s political operation in numerous suits dating to his first presidential run, helping secure several settlements and dismissals and billing nearly $3 million in the process. But late on Friday, it asked a federal magistrate judge to allow it to withdraw from a suit filed by a former campaign surrogate, A.J. ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — The New York attorney general's office on Thursday sent a cease-and-desist letter to a group accused of confronting voters at their homes while claiming to be state election officials and falsely accusing people of committing voter fraud. The letter orders the group NY Citizens Audit to immediately stop any voter intimidation efforts and turn over records on its training of and communications with its door-to-door canvassers. “These allegations, if true, could constitute unlawful voter deception under New York state law and unlawful voter intimidation under both state and federal law,” reads the letter, which was obtained by the Associated Press. The attorney general's office said it has not seen evidence that anyone who was approached has committed voter fraud. The attorney general's office has given the group until Oct. 2 to turn over records including communications with anyone engaged in door-to-door canvassing, training documents for its canvassers and communications with any third parties regarding its canvassing efforts.
